Sean is one of my customers who was always looking for a good sales representative. However, his staff would normally resign within one year. He is quite unhappy about this matter as it causes him to lose customers since his staff in the sales department are the ones who bring the customer base out from the company.

Adelon did a code reading for both Sean and his business. He discovered that the biggest problem was Sean not respecting his staff, especially the staff in the sales department. His business has dropped due to this decision – him being too conservative and afraid to spend.

During the pandemic, Sean told Adelon that he had decided to sell the company to his cousin brother. He was facing financial difficulties during that time to roll up the business.

Ms.A is a single mother who had a divorce in 2019. She faced difficulties in her life especially when it came to taking care of her two kids.

She used to be a PR in the entertainment industry for over 10 years and decided to quit the job when she got pregnant. Later on, she went through a lot of hardships as she couldn’t go back to work at the entertainment industry due to the pandemic which lasted two years.

She tried to join MLM, an insurance firm, where she did live streaming on Facebook for the direct selling of seafood. However, it wasn’t enough for her to cover her basic expenses.

Adelon had a Zoom call with Ms.A. After the code reading, he mentioned to her that her in-born talent is something related to body movement, to which Ms.A responded that her primary talent was indeed dancing. Adelon advised her to develop her dancing skills but she rejected this advise.

Two months later, she contacted Adelon to ask about the dance matter. Apparently, she was invited by her schoolmates to teach children in the zoom class. She struggled at first as she felt that this was simply a hobby that won’t allow her to earn a good income. She insisted that she had a strong business background.

Adelon’s next advise to her was to give free lessons to the children and then collect testimonials from both them and their parents. She should then upload the testimonials onto her social media accounts. Adelon also introduced a social media expert and professional photographer to help her build her own online dance studio. Four months passed when Ms.A showed Adelon that she has managed to teach over 2,000 students while being able to earn more than RM10,000 per month.

A mother was once very keen for her son, Joshua, to become a talented person. However, Joshua refused to attend all the classes that his mother had signed him up for. This included taekwondo, swimming and science classes. Joshua would always throw a tantrum whenever his parents had to fetch him to these classes. Adelon met up with Jojo before she went to the lawyer’s firm to sign the divorce statement. Jojo complained a lot, especially about her husband, Soo.

After Adelon had performed the code reading, he informed Jojo that her method of communication is not right as she would always criticise Soo. Soo has always been a good husband but Jojo has been changing a lot because of her networking capabilities. She would get a new luxury car or a luxury house then compare it with Soo.

Seeing the acts she did come to light, Jojo asked Adelon for ways to turn things back to normal. Adelon gave her tons of advice but it was all still down to Jojo’s own determination to fix the relationship with her husband.

One year later, Soo called Adelon to let him know that their fourth child has been safely delivered and they are currently a very happy family.

Adrian is a corporate chef. He is a very skilful chef whom Adelon has known for many years. He has changed jobs for a total of 12 times within five years. One day in Mid Valley shopping centre, Adelon spotted him looking for a job. To Adelon’s surprise, he had changed jobs another three times within that year. This meaning that he had changed jobs 15 times over the course of six years.

After the code reading has been conducted, Adelon found out that one of Adrian’s hidden challenges is having a self-destructive behaviour. The main cause of this is due to him always blaming himself and feeling demotivated whenever he is under pressure from his boss. (For your knowledge, being a chef is a high-pressure job when events are ongoing).

Adrian’s in-born talents and character were revealed to be in the industry of teaching and training others. Initially, he got mad at Adelon and was disappointed with Adelon’s code reading. Nevertheless, three years later, he contacted Adelon to apologize for his behaviour. He has now become the head chef at MNC’s company while also being a lecturer/researcher? That is working with IOT engineers to develop a F&B robot system.
